$35 Copay 03:50
Silhouette, silhouette Thought you’d be happy today A bullet hole in your heart that you shot Ventilate, ventilate I think I got time today With a thirty-five copay You know who you are finally And I hope you found some clarity Cause you’re too heavy and I am weak I can’t keep being your therapy Second verse, different words Thought you’d change your tune today A bullet hole in my heart, the same place Suffocate, suffocate I think I got time today With a thirty-five copay You know who you are finally And I hope you found some clarity Cause you’re too heavy and I am weak I can’t keep being your therapy Too much time You spend too much time Well for the time being Sail away Sail away from me You know who you are finally And I hope you found some clarity Cause you’re too heavy and I am weak I can’t keep being your therapy

Archive 81 03:41
Take it all back Cause you want to And I think it makes sense In all my life Never once did Did I feel the moonlight Like tonight How can it be over I will pretend that we’re alright Alright, alright How come you already gone Let’s finish Archive 81 And be alright, alright Thought you would’ve been the one To believe in Now you come undone Now I realize Never once did Did I open my eyes Like tonight How can it be over I will pretend that we’re alright Alright, alright How come you already gone Let’s finish Archive 81 And be alright, alright How can it be over I will pretend that we’re alright Alright, alright How come you already gone Let’s finish Archive 81 And be alright, alright

Blame Me 02:49 video
Ain’t no room for three What’s she doin’ here? I liked it better when it was you and me But you disappeared Could call me a fool I call you at midnight She likes it better when she on her knees Cause you come every time I remember when you were on my team There wasn’t any picking But I chose you and she chose in between, oh It’s too late for you to change your mind Homewrecker’s fighting for her life And you got a weak spot for listening to lies You should blame me You should blame me You should blame me You should blame me Tear it all apart You whole life and mine You got it every way you want Leave it all behind Cyndi’s right again I told her everything She got it all from start to end How she just a friend I remember when you were on my team There wasn’t any picking But I chose you and she chose in between, oh It’s too late for you to change your mind Homewrecker’s fighting for her life And you got a weak spot for listening to lies You should blame me You should blame me Yeah, you should blame me You should blame me

Dreamboy 02:33

about

This album differed a bit from my past records, as I not only wanted to explore new sonic territories, but I also pushed myself much harder as a songwriter than I have before. I was more interested in trying to do things I haven’t done before, in more expressive ways. I feel like everyone has thought of Bathe Alone as a very dream-pop band, so in a way, leaning into even more pop sensibilities felt more experimental than trying to stay within my own super dreamy genre.

This album is largely about my divorce, and also a few personal relationships that have disappointed me in the past few years. This is the most personal and raw I’ve been in my own art, and it feels both scary and freeing to say something so real to me.
